This Privacy Notice will describe how we collect, process and use your personal data (as defined in the Act) in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the Act”), as well as your choices and rights in relation to your personal data.

(a)Online: from your interactions with us through our websites, mobiles sites, social media sites (collectively known as “Sites”), mobile applications and web applications (collectively known as “Apps”) that link to this Privacy Notice; or
(b)Offline: that we may collect your personal data offline or receive from third parties;
for the purpose of provision of our services (“ZERO Services”).
1.3You can choose not to provide personal data to us when requested. However, if this is necessary in order for us to provide ZERO Services or to perform any tasks or other services that you had requested for, we may be unable to perform them. 5.3By continue using ZERO Services and/or accessing the Sites or Apps, you expressly agree to such international transfer of personal data described in this Section.
6.1We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal data.
6.2We will store all the personal data you provide on our secure (password- and firewall-protected) servers.
6.3All electronic financial transactions entered into through the Sites and the Apps will be protected by encryption technology.
6.4You acknowledge that the transmission of personal data over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

8.1A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser.
9.1Our Sites and/or Apps may include hyperlinks to, and details of, third party websites. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the privacy policies and practices of such third party websites.
9.2This Privacy Notice applies solely to the personal data collected by ZERO Services.
10.1You may instruct us to provide you with any personal data we hold about you; provision of such information will be subject to:
(a)the payment of a fee; and
(b)the supply of appropriate evidence of your identity (for this purpose, we will usually accept a photocopy of your identity card / passport certified by a solicitor or the court plus an original copy of a utility bill showing your current address).
10.2We may withhold personal data that you request to the extent permitted by law.
10.3You may contact us if the personal data that we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated.
10.4You may instruct us at any time not to process your personal data for marketing purposes or to withdraw your consent from receiving marketing communications. In practice, you will usually either expressly agree in advance to our use of your personal data for marketing purposes, or we will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of the use of your personal data for marketing purposes.
